My mom came into town so we tried to cram in as many fall festivities as possible. It is fah reals my absolute favorite time of the year. Everything around you is bright and beautiful, things are starting to feel cozy and hellooooo SOUP!!! This weekend felt like a big fat HELLLOOOO FALL!

Big Things Are Happening!!

Jocelyn is FINALLY napping, so of course I'm coming here to pour my heart out to you guys. Tell me if it's just me, but I feel like after I became a mom and got the hang of things and felt like I could ya know...survive..ha. I felt like I needed to rediscover myself again. I mean I literally stopped thinking about myself for so long that I kind of forgot that I existed. I had to discover everything, and especially what I wanted to do to revive myself on those hard days when nothing goes right. And of course, you guys, how did I know I would return to clothing:) Oh my weakness!!! I wanted to rediscover what fashion meant to me now that I was a size (uhh hmmm or two) bigger and now that I needed stuff that was comfortable but still cute. Guys I discovered that I am a t-shirt and jeans girl at heart, and I kept looking for cute shirts that were different from a plain every day t-shirt and you know what I found, that you could only find really cute t-shirts for like $30 or more. Whaaa?? 

So my friend Shelly and I got to talking and we were like, "Let's stick it to the man!! Let's make our own designs!! And then sell the shirts so that people can actually afford them!!" So the next day I said hello to my beloved sketch pad for the first time in like 6 months and drew out some designs that I would love to wear, after making the designs it was just a matter of figuring all the details out, which my girl Shelly is the bees knees at. VLOG| A Day At The Zoo

My noodle got to noodling and I thought, what really do I want to get out of blogging? Besides of course all of you amazing people that I get to meet I've come to one solid conclusion. I want to have something that I can look at and think, Hey I remember that time! And wasn't it beautiful/terrible/the best/worst thing ever! So well one thing led to another and well vlogging just kind of happened, There's just nothing better than a video to capture the actual moments themselves. So the vlogs will obviously just be about my life and what's going on with the likes of us, and I have no clue how often I'll do them, but we'd love to have you come with us too!

Every mom...okay not only moms, EVERYBODY needs outfits that they feel comfortable but cute in. Here's one that I have been loving lately! I know I know, I said I wasn't doing anymore outfit/ fashion related anything but ummm....can we blame it on the postpartum hormones? I needed a break to say the least but here's to trying to be a mama and fashionable at the same time, we'll see how this goes :) Also fashion videos?? I'm So Fancy...but really I want to know what you think because I'm kind of loving it.
