I'll tell you a secret if you promise not to laugh...okay this deserves a good laugh. Remember my oh so amazing business woman leap from this post. Remember how I claimed to be so accomplished from completing this feat, what you didn't see behind the smiles and thrifted blazer was me rolling my ankle and whimpering like a baby after the fact. Sir Matt told me to admit to you guys the truth...but the hurt of my clumsy ankles told me it was too soon to laugh. Even after all the pretty pictures I'm still clumsy goofy Sarah. I'm not perfect, and I like it:) What are your loveable quirks that make you...YOU!
I love all the color with the grey!!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about being clumsy. I have a dance degree and teach dance so I should be graceful. The truth is, however, that I am constantly walking into walls and furniture. I save my grace for dance :)
Love the ruffliness of this cardigan, and how you incorporated the patterned skirt with the bold yellow top.
ReplyDeleteoh well! Super cute pic!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I have way too many to share!
I love the gray in the outfit!
That ruffled cardi is adorable!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you shared your secret, with how perfect you look doing your business woman leap, I would never have guessed you were hurt!...I hope your ankle is okay! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the colours in your outfit!
I had to chuckle a little at that story. Mostly because it is something I would totally do!! I'm a total and utter klutz. So badly so that my friends were amazed that I could be in the color guard in high school (marching and waving a flag simultaneously, seemingly impossible for me!). I run into things on a daily basis and MB actually can't fathom a day where I don't do it. :-) You have a kindred spirit.
ReplyDeleteit's okay - I'm a little clumsy too. so was the amazing leap worth it?
ReplyDeletethis outfit is beautiful. The color scheme is lovely. I think yellow goes so well with gray/black and the touch of purple in the skirt adds a little extra zing.
I love that cardigan!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd hey, we're ALL clumsy and goofy at times!! And I still think the shoes rocked!

ReplyDeletehehehe you are too cute, I hope that your ankle is feeling better, my son hit his toe and it's been bothering him a lot. Since I rarely take pictures outside I've been lucky of not getting hurt...yet! =D

I'm sort of obsessed with belts over cardies. How cute are you?!
ReplyDeleteMy lovable quirks... I tend to think my quirks are a tad obnoxious, not that lovable. I suppose one thing I do that might be considered lovable is that when I get super excited, I talk in accents. I don't know why I do this, but I totally do. British, Russian, French. Muddled Aussie-NewZealandish. It's weird, no?
love the prints and the yellow/grey combo!
ReplyDeleteI really like the floral skirt. Super cute.
ReplyDeleteWell, you know what they say: Clumsiness is next to godliness. Or something like that.
ReplyDeleteGreat look!
Ruffles on a cardigan? I'm smitten.
ReplyDeleteI love how all the colors work together in this outfit!! Great look!!
