Clothing With Character

Outfit: Blouse: Thrifted, Vest: Mommed, Pants: Banana Republic, Shoes: Target, Flower and Headband: Made by Me
'Twas four days before Christmas and all through the house there was a hurry and a scurry that was even faster than a mouse. As presents were wrapped and bows were tied there she saw it....the sweater vest there lied. And she wondered with her smartest thinking caps of all caps, could this be, would this be, maybe perhaps? She ran to her mother and asked what it was, 'twas her mothers old vest that she kept just because.
Alright alright long story short, this is a completely magical vest. My mom has had it for thirty years and just recently found it and knew I loved me some retro looking clothes with character and asked me if I wanted it. I. am. in. love.

P.S. The sweet Morgan from Morganic Ramblings featured me on her blog today, if you want to hear a little bit more about me go check it out here!

  4. Mom, FTW! That vest looks awesome on you and it's really neat that it was your mom's first. I love pieces with history... especially if it's my own family's history. Great piece!
